THE SMALL PRINT
You can make payments to Cally Borg online via a bank transfer, you will receive an invoice and instructions upon booking.
The loyalty scheme is to thank all my loyal clients for there custom. The loyalty card will be stamped and dated on each visit. When you have reached the 4th stamp you will receive 20% off the total service that day. For all new clients, you will receive your loyalty card and stamp on your first appointment.
RECOMMEND A FRIEND
When you recommend a friend, you will both receive a 20% discount. The discount applies on the new clients first visit, the existing client will receive the discount on the visit following. (The existing client will only receive their discount after the friends first appointment.)
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully refundable providing you give 24 hours notice. Unfortunately if you do give less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a cancellation fee.
A deposit of 20% of your total bill is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due on the day. In the event of a cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit up to four weeks before the wedding date. Regrettably any cancellations within four weeks of your wedding date will result in loss of deposit.
Travel cost are standard 40p per mile.
